If you register with this website and purchase and any product or service from our website, expressly agree to these terms of use.

Authorization to Charge for Services

You must either use a credit card or PayPal accepted by Alphabet of Literature to activate and maintain a paid account. You authorize Alphabet of Literature to charge you through the payment mechanism for services provided by Alphabet of Literature. You will also be responsible for charges (including applicable taxes) for any products or services that you order that are offered for sale by Alphabet of Literature. If Alphabet of Literature does not receive payment from the payment mechanism you use, you agree to pay all amounts due hereunder upon our demand and will be solely responsible for any dispute with your payment provider. You will not be charged more than the amount for which you purchased from Alphabet of Literature. You will be solely responsible for all overdraft fees and/or penalties that may be assessed by your payment provider. Alphabet of Literature uses a third-party service provider to process payments on behalf of Alphabet of Literature. You acknowledge and agree that in the event the third-party payment processor experiences a data breach that affects your information through no fault of Alphabet of Literature, Alphabet of Literature will in no way be responsible or liable to you for any such breach.

Submission of Sentences, Questions, and Feedback

We will ask users, who have paid for Alphabet of Literature services, to submit sentences and questions for possible display on the Alphabet of Literature website. The decision to display submitted sentences and questions on the Alphabet of Literature website is the sole discretion of the Alphabet of Literature website owner. You will not receive any compensation for a sentence or question that is displayed on the Alphabet of Literature website. You will have the option to withhold your name of display your name if your sentence or question is displayed on the Alphabet of Literature website. Any sentence or question you submit to Alphabet of Literature that is considered inappropriate by the Alphabet of Literature website owner may suspend you from future services from the Alphabet of Literature website. If you submit feedback, any feedback is the sole discretion of the Alphabet of Literature website owner and you will not be compensated for any feedback used on the Alphabet of Literature website.

Termination of Services

Alphabet of Literature reserves the right to discontinue any future services or suspend or terminate your access to your account to it, at any time, without notice, for any reason and without any obligation to you or any third party. If any information that you provide, or if this website owner has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information that you provide, is false and inaccurate, then Alphabet of Literature will terminate your account or deny you access to all or part of the services. Any suspension or termination will not affect your financial obligations to Alphabet of Literature, including any payment obligations, and you will not be entitled to a refund of any payments. Upon termination of your access to your account, or upon notice from the Alphabet of Literature website, your access to use the Alphabet of Literature website services will terminate immediately.

All services (including present and future versions) are owned and controlled by Alphabet of Literature. Its content is protected by U.S. copyright, and other intellectual property rights and laws to the fullest extent possible. Content means all content displayed on the Alphabet of Literature website that is displayed with the permission of the Alphabet of Literature owner.
